The communal lounge was comfortable and cute.
I experienced significant issues . The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. The room felt cramped for our family, leaving limited space for our luggage. To top it off, the location was slightly off-putting, as the surrounding area felt dark and uninviting late at night.

The hotel is clean, spacious. The rooms are good sized with breakfast included. The employees are all fairly friendly. The location is fantastic and amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from Myoei-ji Temple. And the area is pretty basic next to the center of the city of Hiroshima, everything-museum, monument, shopping street, food and the entertainment and shopping district of Hiroshima.
Too expensive breakfast, it should be far better.

I had soundproof and good-sized room with loft beds where the kids slept and great bathroom, for example. Everything was modern and the staff were extremely friendly and gentle. The location was magnificent, very close to the main shopping area, convenient to go everywhere.

The spacious double room was super comfy, and I loved the luxurious bathtub after a busy day. The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to major landmarks. Plus, the poolside bar was a perfect spot to unwind with a drink.

The communal lounge was great, but the room had a stained carpet.

Amazing shower, communal sitting areas, unique guest services
The air conditioning was a disaster!!! Rooms looking worn with scuffed walls and dusty laundry facilities were underwhelming!!! The odor from the kitchen was quite unpleasant while in my room!!! A fresh coat of paint could work wonders!!!

Amazing modern design! The shared kitchen is a real plus for those who want to prepare their own meals. My room felt spacious, especially coming from a standard hotel setup. The walk to Peace Plaza took just 10 minutes. Loved the breakfast selection. Everything tasted fresh. The Poolside bar, although not an actual pool, had a vibrant atmosphere. On the downside, I found Google Maps led me slightly astray while locating the hotel, a bit frustrating. Plus, the air conditioning in the room struggled a bit overnight. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

I stayed in a Moderate Loft for 2 nights, and the bed was super comfy! Loved the bonus of PJs provided. The room felt spacious enough for our family. The location made it easy to explore nearby shops and places to eat. I did notice some minor scuffs on the walls. A cool spot to relax after a day out!

Chic little spot in Hiroshima
The design is super cool, and the lobby coffee bar is a nice touch. We had a family room, but man, it was tight for the four of us. The upstairs dining area was a fun spot to grab a bite, too.

We were so relieved when the hotel staff helped us recover a wallet we left in the taxi after they organized it for us! The game room and cozy lounge really added to our relaxing experience. The room felt a bit cramped for our luggage, but it wasn’t a big deal. 😊
